The Neon Reverb Music Festival returns to Las Vegas after a three year hiatus and begins tomorrow, March 10th and runs through Sunday, March 13th. The full schedule of bands and venues can be found here and includes such local favorites as Rusty Maples, The All-Togethers, Jesse Pino, Same Sex Mary, Cameron Calloway, and Mercy Music as well as national acts Ty Segall & The Muggers, Neon Indian, Melvins, Beach Slang, and Sage Francis.
Each night will feature simultaneous music being played at different locations starting around 7pm with the last acts taking the stage around 1am (on paper at least). Some of our favorite Las Vegas venues will be hosting and fortunately for concertgoers they are all within walking distance of each other and conveniently located on or around Fremont Street in Downtown Las Vegas.
Compared to other music festivals Neon Reverb is an incredible bargain, as you can purchase a Festival Pass for only 50 bucks that will get you into every show of this four day event. Plus unlike other large music festivals you can enjoy great music in the comfort of a smaller venue. I’ve also read that individual show tickets are $15 and Saturday’s session at 11th Street Records is free for all ages. (Check their website for more details though!)
If you’re looking for a reason to get out and explore some of Las Vegas’s great local music I would highly recommend you check out at least one evening of Neon Reverb. I hope to do the same.
