The Entertainment Law (“Like” us on Facebook!”) and Gaming Law Sections of the State Bar of Nevada are presenting an outstanding CLE entitled “The Intersection of Entertainment and Gaming Conference“, to be held on Friday, August 19th from 9am-12:30 pm at the State Bar of Nevada’s Office, located at 3100 W. This Continuing Legal Education (CLE) course will cover topics including the Live Entertainment Tax Update, Music Licensing issues for Cover Bands, Entertainment Contracts, Publicity Rights, and more.
